Publication of the Gender Professional Equality Index

Companies with at least 50 employees are required to publish on their website, no later than 1 March, the results of all the indicators used to calculate the index, i.e. the overall score obtained, which must be at least 75 points.

The overall score is calculated on the basis of four or five indicators, depending on the size of the company:

  • the gender pay gap ;

  • the difference in the rate of individual pay rises between women and men;

  • the percentage of female employees who received a pay rise when they returned from maternity leave; the number of employees of the under-represented sex in the ten highest-paid jobs;
