Choose an environmentally conscious stay with Green Stays! Are you staying in our hotel for a longer period? Then you can choose to contribute to a greener hotel world by skipping cleaning your room. For every day you skip cleaning, a tree is planted by the Pure Benefit Foundation, sponsored by Van der Valk.

How does it work?

• Step 1: Guests book a multi-day stay at Van der Valk Hotel Bloom.

• Step 2: During your stay, you will hang one or more days the GreenStays door hanger on the door handle of your room.

• Step 3: On these days, we skip the room cleaning and report the total number of rooms not cleaned that same evening in the GreenStays portal.

• Step 4: Once the numbers are entered, the tree made possible by the guest is together with all the other trees in the on the website of GreenStays.
